About the Movie Thanks to the carelessness of a cute little dog, newlyweds Geena Davis and Alec Baldwin are killed in a freak auto accident. Upon arriving in the outer offices of Heaven, the couple finds that, thanks to a century's worth of bureaucratic red tape, they're on a long celestial waiting list. Before they can earn their wings, Davis and Baldwin must occupy their old house as ghosts for the next fifty years.

Alas, the house is now owned by insufferable yuppies Catherine O'Hara and Jeffrey Jones. Horrified at the prospect of sharing space with these obnoxious interlopers, Davis and Baldwin do their best to scare O'Hara and Jones away, but their house-haunting skills are pathetic at best. In desperation, the ghostly couple engage the services of a veteran scaremeister: a yellow-haired, snaggle-toothed, profane, flatulent 'gonzo' spirit named Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton). The problem: Beetlejuice cannot be trusted-especially when he falls in love with O'Hara and Jones' gloomy, black-clad teenaged daughter Winona Ryder.

Beetlejuice producer David Geffen, director Tim Burton, and composer Danny Elfman were also involved in an animated TV-series spin-off.

Simplecast Download Completo Serial Port. Composer: Danny Elfman. Unknown Contributor Role: Harry Belafonte. Magic always happens when Danny Elfman teams up with director-producer Tim Burton. BEETLEJUICE represents this team's second outing together, the first being 1986's PEE WEE'S BIG ADVENTURE. Lg Mobile Usb Serial Port Driver Download. Elfman has a knack for combining classical motifs with pop and ballroom dance to create bouncy yet mildly creepy scores. BEETLEJUICE is no exception. Elements of waltz and samba are heard throughout the album, but they are warped to sound like dance lessons for the dead.

Drawing heavily on Bernard Herrman's creature motifs from the 1960s, Elfman effortlessly blends the macabre with carnival amusement. Echoes of PEE WEE'S BIG ADVENTURE can be heard throughout many of the action cues, especially through the use of harp, strained violin, and heavy piano. However, those cues that feature ominous tuba passages truly give this tale of love and bio-exorcism schizophrenic life. Audio Mixer: Bob Fernandez. Photographer: Jane O'Neal. Average Rating: (1) (0) Fantastic early work by Danny Elfman Danny Elfman is one of the most creative music composers in the world of film. His work on Beetlejuice included many interesting instruments due to the odd nature of the film.

Also, Harry Belafonte is a great addition to the 2 vocal tracks, 'Day-O' and 'Jump in Line.' All in all, Danny Elfman did a fantastic job with Beetlejuice; my only regret is that he wasn't able to work with the director to get more of Harry Belafonte and Calypso.
